I cannot say enough amazing things about Effortlessly Coordinated and the incredible job they did planning and coordinating my milestone birthday pool party this past July! From beginning to end, the entire experience truly lived up to their name everything felt effortless, organized, thoughtful, and beautifully executed.

At the last minute I decided to turn my baby shower weekend into an elopement…at 8 months pregnant. My now husband and I thought it would be a great opportunity, since his family would be in town, to get married before our baby arrived. I made the decision super last minute and quickly became incredibly overwhelmed with all the tiny details, venues, guest preferences, timing, etc. I knew I needed help and reached out to Toni at Effortlessly Coordinated to help me make our wedding day beautiful / exactly what we wanted…without me having an anxiety attack or going into early labor. She helped us book the venue at Brooklyn bridge park, organize the schedule, hone our vision, stay within budget, and get the perfect after ceremony set up at One If By Land (no small feat in December during the holidays!). Her calm, empathetic, organized, get stuff done work ethic really helped make our day something to remember and I can’t describe how valuable it was for her to help take the stress of coordination off my plate at a time when I was so overwhelmed! I would definitely work with her again and hope to when we do our bigger ceremony in a year or two - after our second baby is a little older! I highly recommend her services :)

If you’re looking for a phenomenal wedding and event planner, look no further than Toni. I’ve known Toni for almost two decades and I’ve witnessed firsthand her growth as a person and a producer. Trusting her to handle details leading up to AND on my big day in 2018 was something I didn’t have to think twice about, and my husband agrees.

A few weeks prior to our rehearsal dinner and the wedding day itself, Toni proved to be instrumental in the planning process. Toni was calm and patient, yet direct, and her overall demeanor was imperative to making everything run seamlessly, especially when our rehearsal dinner almost didn’t happen due to poor communication from the restaurant. Toni noticed our frustration, stepped up and got the manager to honor our reservation, and my [now] husband and I got to enjoy that time with our families and friends. 

Toni’s presence and her keen sense of awareness made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Again, because of her direction and attention to ALL the details, our photographers were able to capture the most beautiful photos of us and our wedding party as the sun was setting against the backdrop of Staples Center in downtown L.A. We know if it wasn’t for her, those photos would not have captured the same essence. I am eternally grateful to Toni for being apart of the planning of our big day.
